Spearhead business activities and development/execution of strategy for Global developer and manufacturer of high-quality fiber and metal products for the automotive industry. Handle 160 employees in 9 global locations servicing the North America market (23 Tier 1 Exhaust Technology customers). Partner with European headquarters, as well as U.S. Sales/Engineering groups to expand market share and increase revenue while launching new products and delivering quality parts. Drive strategic planning and execution of plans to achieve key objectives, including annual achievement of 10% profit level above budget.
