Daily Duties at American Greetings:
• Render exemplary service in managing a territory generating in excess of $5M of annual sales of in social expressions product, guaranteeing sales growth while managing all costs • Recruit, hire, train and retain staff of more than 50 part-time merchandisers and installation personnel servicing 160+ accounts in the territory • Ensure proper training of staff on sales generation, merchandising, product placement and operational functions to drive top line sales • Regularly meet with store management to present sales opportunities and execute national sales programs, ensuring optimum out posting locations to acquire maximum sell through • Initiate, organize, staff and execute new department installations and remodels in key accounts.
