Daily Duties at H & H Systems And Design, Inc,:
Travel to the job site nationwide. Meet with the owner rep. Develop pre-con meeting. Project scope of work and schedule implementation. Work side by side with project team. Project team consists of project manager, project architect/engineer, project architect, project superintendent and safety manager. Meet with major equipment vendor to prepare site for installation of equipment. Meet with project workforce to start contract per the project specifications and drawings. Work onsite for two weeks at a time and then return home for 3 days. Cycle continues till project completion. Perform work onsite as primary supervisor and create daily logs online with a laptop computer and printer. Develop RFI's, site pictures and change orders.
