Led a Team of 9 Oncology Specialty Managers with “buy and bill” responsibility for office and hospital administered cancer treatments. Generated sales and market share growth of the Wyeth Oncology Products in academic, regional medical and comprehensive cancer centers and hematology-oncology community practices. Coached and developed the sales team, focusing on account management, business development opportunities, sales analytics, disease states and product knowledge and selling skills.
