Project Management of UNIX and Win-tel infrastructure initiatives. Defining project objectives and related tasks. Evaluating optimal path to attain timely project execution. Managing all projects through infrastructure deployment phases including Kick-off and project team meetings, creating Statement of Work documentation, Hardware and Software procurement, Tracking of vendor deliverables, Coordination of engineering team(s) tasks during project implementation, and final delivery for UAT testing by the end user base. Also identifying potential risks to timelines and initiating the proper communication/escalation to key stake holders and upper management.
