Daily Duties at Jones Lang La Salle/La Salle Investment Management:
Currently lead a team of six human resources professionals located in three regions. Responsible for overall people strategy and talent development, strategic staffing, key international recruiting efforts, performance management initiatives, executive coaching, employee engagement and communications, compensation administration, employee relations, design/implementation/delivery of global training and development platform. In addition, member of Jones Lang LaSalle HR Executive team responsible for advising internal Global Executive Committee and integrating Human Resources activities throughout the Corporation.
