Daily Duties at Nationwide Insurance:
Leads the human resources function supporting over 800 associates in the Mid-Atlantic Region with a team of two HR professionals. Strategic business partner to regional leaders in Operations, Claims, Underwriting and Sales. Develops an annual plan focusing on key HR initiatives of Talent Development, Change Management, Engaging Culture and HR Competencies.
