Daily Duties at Oce Business Service:

• Worked with senior clients to develop business plans to optimize back-office operations through process improvement including waste reduction, energy efficiency and sustainable business practices. • Selected to be a founding member of the corporate Green Committee comprised of individuals tasked to identify, develop, promote, and implement sustainable practices throughout the company including the creation of a company-wide climate change educational program. • Designated point of contact for internal and external environmental and sustainability inquiries including the development of RFP responses and sustainability programs for Oce’s client base. • Managed projects up to $5M in revenue with responsibility for planning and scheduling of resources, use of subject matter experts and coordination of cross-functional matrix teams in IT, legal, marketing, HR, finance, operations etc. • Responsible for the analysis of business units and design of operational plans including workflow optimization, technological enhancements, design of controls, regulatory compliance, business continuity, cost reductions, staffing, and accompanying budgets. • Utilized Six Sigma methodology to Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) to improve customer satisfaction, operational processes and drive bottom line growth of business units. • Identified, developed and implemented key performance indicators (KPIs) for client operations to benchmark improvement and success. • Stakeholder engagement and communications; worked with key-user groups to ensure project buy-in and participation, presented project plan, updates and status reports to user groups and management.
