• Responsible for the strategy and execution plan for an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to integrate sales, operations and accounting including transitioning accounting software from Quickbooks to Microsoft Dynamics SL and integrating warehouse management system and accounting. • Developed and implemented of a website portal for individual academic institutions for streamlined ordering and accounting. Each portal is designed to be part of larger stakeholder community where academic institutions and students can collaborate on ideas and share information through blogs, message boards and file-sharing. • Developed and implemented sales and customer services KPIs and best practices processes to be integrated into CRM system.
