Daily Duties at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System:

Lead as primary analyst/support for 45 physician network locations including over 250 physicians, 550 clinical staff and 80 Home Health staff. Engaged primarily in managing customer service, electronic inventory and day to day IT operations including hardware and software, while successfully providing system implementations, maintenance and support of various financial, patient and clinical applications. Other responsibilities include constructing and implementing project plans for site implementations and go-lives, coordinating product software testing and output documentation, developing master test plans for application updates and new hardware, evaluating project scopes and adjusting as needed, assisting applications analysts with day to day functions and providing on-call coverage as needed.
