Daily Duties at Goodwill Industries Of The Upstate/Midlands Of Sc:

Managed all facets of the Information Technology department with strong emphasis on translating big picture concepts into specific objectives and action plans, identifying opportunities to become more efficient and productive and delegating work appropriately to achieve measureable results. Focus of all assignments is building effective business partnerships internally and with external vendors for continued company growth through successful infrastructure and application maintenance and growth. Lead team of 3 direct reports to manage daily support and maintenance for organization consisting of 31 stores, 15 Job Connection locations, corporate office of over 900 employees, over 100 POS registers, 31 POS servers, over 100 Job Connection PCs, 125 end user laptops and 150 end user desktops. Other major responsibilities include daily maintenance and upgrades on eight corporate servers, management of corporate telephony support for 100 users, management mobile devices/smart phones for 90 end users, vendor management, computer/technology inventory and software licenses.
