Daily Duties at Turn Up The Music:
Maintain and develop current supermarket and drug business, including managing programs, new product presentation, and strengthening partnerships with customers. Also prospecting new customers and channels of distribution. Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals in the supermarket/drug industry Sales forecasting activities and setting performance goals accordingly Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules and discount rates Advises dealers, distributors and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques Delivers sale presentations to key clients Meets with key clients, maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals Analyses and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion Territory: Major Supermarket & Drug Chains – National / Regional. Sold Consumer Products PROSPECTING FOR CUSTOMERS WITH LEADS, DOING SALES PRESENTATIONS, AND SELLING PRODUCTS. DURING THE PRESENTATION, ANSWER THE CUSTOMER'S QUESTIONS AND OVERCOME VARIOUS OBJECTIONS BEFORE CLOSING THE SALE. CALLING ON EXISTING CUSTOMERS, INTRODUCING NEW PRODUCTS, GO OVER THE BENEFITS AND FEATURES OF THE PRODUCTS, AND FILLING OUT ORDER FORMS. ATTEND TRADE SHOWS, TO DISPLAY PRODUCTS AND CONDUCT PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS. DEVELOP SALES STRATEGIES VIA CUSTOMER PROMOTIONAL CALENDARS AND CUSTOMER CONTRACTS ALONG WITH NEW ITEM SHEETS THUS TO ALLOW SPACE IN SAID WAREHOUSE. Promotional Party Music- to National Supermarket Headquarters PROSPECTING FOR CUSTOMERS WITH LEADS, DOING SALES PRESENTATIONS, AND SELLING PRODUCTS. DURING THE PRESENTATION, ANSWER THE CUSTOMER'S QUESTIONS AND OVERCOME VARIOUS OBJECTIONS BEFORE CLOSING THE SALE. DEVELOP STRONG TIES WITH KEY CUSTOMERS AND ACCOUNTS AND BE PROACTIVE IN UNDERSTANDING THE TRENDS AND ISSUES LIKELY TO IMPACT THE MARKET DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE SALES PROCESS AND ORGANIZATION TO INCREASE THE EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY OF TEAM.), Distributors and National Drug Stores In-Line everyday product on display and Seasonal display clip strip Promotions DEMONSTRATE PRODUCTS AND REPRESENT THE COMPANY AT TRADE SHOWS. CONDUCT REGIONAL SALES MEETINGS FOR REPRESENTATIVES. PROACTIVELY ASSUME A ROLE IN DEVELOPING & EXECUTING STRATEGIES. Account responsibilities BUILDING AND MAINTAINING RAPPORT WITH KEY CUSTOMERS; IDENTIFYING NEW CUSTOMER OPPORTUNITIES. DEVELOP STRONG TIES WITH KEY CUSTOMERS AND ACCOUNTS AND BE PROACTIVE IN UNDERSTANDING THE TRENDS AND ISSUES LIKELY TO IMPACT THE MARKET DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE SALES PROCESS includes: Genovese/Eckerd, Kroger, Hy-Vee, Pathmark, Big Y, A&P New England, Food Emporium, Giant Foods, Snyder Drug/Drug Emporium, Shaw’s and other. Attended National Conferences & Trade Shows such as: ECRM, GMDC, SHOPA and ARMS show. Responsible for five-brokerage sales organization through out the United States
