Responsibilities: Develop promotional programs for market areas MEETS CUSTOMER SALES FINANCIAL OBJECTIVES BY FORECASTING REQUIREMENTS; PREPARING AN ANNUAL BUDGET; SCHEDULING EXPENDITURES; ANALYZING VARIANCES; INITIATING CORRECTIVE ACTIONS. ESTABLISHES SALES OBJECTIVES BY CREATING A SALES PLAN AND QUOTA FOR DISTRICTS IN SUPPORT OF NATIONAL OBJECTIVES DEVELOP SALES STRATEGIES VIA CUSTOMER PROMOTIONAL CALENDARS AND CUSTOMER CONTRACTS ALONG WITH NEW ITEM SHEETS THUS TO ALLOW SPACE IN SAID WAREHOUSE. PERFORMS SALES PRESENTATIONS, TO MATCH COMPANY’S PRODUCTS WITH IDENTIFIED NEEDS Sells to a major direct headquarters account, or multi-unit key accounts and brokers. Maximizes sales by implementing advanced business planning, forecasting, analytical and category management expertise. Builds relationships with account personnel including top management, merchandising, accounting, advertising, operations, logistics and finance. Collaborates with internal sales and marketing teams to achieve sales objectives. Develops and manages sales plans and ensures equitable disposition of customer problems. Prepares sales and financial reporting. May act as the quality liaison between producer and customer. Accounts are typically sophisticated in terms of category management and complexity.. review success of promotional program - bringing enhanced bottom line results to overall business plan through CPGN, IRI data analysis. Prepare reports: Monthly sales updates, recap of sales promotions, annual objectives. Managed the allocation of trade promotional funds to coincide with Account Specific Weekly Events Reconciled all invoice deductions and established business process to synergize invoice resolution with Customer base and category exceeded target by 86% in Fiscal 2006. Utilized IRI / Xlerate Plus data resources as “fact based selling” for presentations for new and existing products. Manage and develop accurate sales and volume forecasts Territory GSV: Refrigerated Meat: $13M Product mix: Butterball, Healthy Choice, Armour, Eckrich, Louis Kemp and Hebrew National Fiscal 2005 year ending May increased Sales 143% from prior year. First half Fiscal 2005 sales results increased 208% over last year. DEVELOP STRONG TIES WITH KEY CUSTOMERS AND ACCOUNTS AND BE PROACTIVE IN UNDERSTANDING THE TRENDS AND ISSUES LIKELY TO IMPACT THE MARKET DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS Exceeded business plan by 23% for Fiscal 2004. DEVELOP SALES STRATEGIES VIA CUSTOMER PROMOTIONAL CALENDARS AND CUSTOMER CONTRACTS ALONG WITH NEW ITEM SHEETS THUS TO ALLOW SPACE IN SAID WAREHOUSE. PERFORMS SALES PRESENTATIONS, TO MATCH COMPANY’S PRODUCTS WITH IDENTIFIED NEEDS;
