Daily Duties at Dialysis Partners :
Provide nursing care to dialysis patients in the hospital. Delivered high-quality and compassionate treatment to patients of all nationalities. Performed Hemodialysis to patient in the hospital setting. Liaised between patients and physicians to ensure patient treatment were uneventful. Assessed, ordered, and obtain and interpreted appropriate lab tests. Conducted screening, diagnostic treatment and rehabilitative and supportive services as the senior nurse on the dialysis team in the acute setting. Ensured HIPAA compliance Provided on call duties at all times. Trained new staff on quality control procedures. Accurately documented all elements of nursing assessment, treatments, medications, discharge instructions and follow up care. Followed infection control procedures. Coordinated with doctors and registered nurses and outpatient dialysis units to develop a plan of care. Cleaned and sterilized all instruments and machines, disposed of contaminated supplies.
