Daily Duties at Med1 Care :
Registered Nurse Night Supervisor, staff delegating, IV care, wound and treatment management. Managed clinical oversight for facilities as night nursing supervisor. Delegated staff nurses duties. Evaluated patient care needs, prioritized treatment and maintain patient flow. Ensured efficacy of treatments through monitoring of treatment regimens. Assessed patients and document medical histories. Provided medical treatment within the scope of practice as defined by the Ohio State of law. Implemented necessary changes based on evaluation of staffing requirements and floor assignments. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate outstanding health care teams. Provided quality nursing care in accordance with resident care policies and procedures. Ensured safety and well being of patients and the care teams.
