Working in close collaboration with Investors and Stake holders, I led a 80+ member technology team in 4 countries to build proprietary payment processing system called “CustomPay” for multiple verticals. This system integrated with nation’s banks and flawlessly processed over $3B in transactions, increased NPN’s Active customers from 5K to 100K in first 24 months. NPN secured venture capital, became nation's largest provider of biweekly plans in auto-loans space and well positioned for growth.
