Daily Duties at Brookshire’s:

Directed day-to-day operations – with P & L responsibility – for $14.8 million retail store with 5 departments. Planned and implemented strategic and daily activities for staff of up to 140+ including recruiting, motivating, developing, and evaluating performance. Worked closely with department managers to ensure Key Performance Metrics (KPMs) were achieved for sales, labor, gross and net with strong focus on customer service.
