Daily Duties at Connextions, Inc.:

Supported Connextions as the only QA Analyst for two years. Led the creation and development of the QA Department at Connextions. Trained and mentored the new QA Analysts when they were hired. Worked with business users on understanding new requirements and enhancements to software. Responsible for testing the enhancements and corrections to existing and new applications for various business units. Ensured new application functionality and enhancements by developers met the business user’s requirements. Worked with developers and business users to resolve understanding and issues. Wrote test cases and test plans to support the system testing and user acceptance testing effort. System testing included Siebel applications, bConnected software (A Process Modeler) and Web based applications. Test Lead for a Web Redesign Project for BCBSFL and provided support when the project went into Production. Wrote trouble shooting documents for the bConnected Platform for future releases.
