Daily Duties at Connextions, Inc.:
Manage Helpdesk Analysts who are responsible for call processing, ticket creation and password resets. Responsible for making sure deadlines are met for Work Orders and Helpdesk Tickets. Constant communication with the business users on status of Work Orders and Helpdesk Tickets. Responsible in taking any Helpdesk escalations. Project Manager for Connextion’s one technology-only client. Facilitate client meetings, manage change controls, assist in creating and documenting the client’s change control process and business processes, manage the client’s helpdesk tickets and escalations. Developed the Business Processes for the Helpdesk and fully documented the processes. Developed the Change Management process for all Connextions business users and documented the process. Developed and documented Work Order Processes for all Connextions business users. Responsible for client contact – internal and external – liaison between the IT department and the Operations departments. Provide analytical troubleshooting to assist the developers in fixing reported user issues. Review, correct and assign tickets created by the user Web interface. Facilitate the weekly Helpdesk Ticket and Project Management joint team meeting. Produce the weekly Jira Helpdesk ticket report and update the Senior Executive Management team on the ticket report. Jira report expert, responsible for producing any Jira report requested by anyone in the company. Jira Administrator, including the creation of projects, users, workflows, custom fields, and the control of users’ permissions. Floor support to our business users during system implementations. Provide Helpdesk Analyst training so analysts are able to determine if issues are an end-user issue or system issue. Provide analyst training on the newest system, bConnected, the Administration tool for bConnected, and Siebel.
