Daily Duties at Manatron, Inc. A Thomson Reuters:
Manage a team of six Quality Analysts who are responsible for testing our company’s software. (Three different products – one Delphi, two .net.) Manage a member of the Tech Comm team who is responsible writing release notes for all software releases, as well as User Documentation. Responsible for reviewing Work Items and assigning them out to the QA Analysts for testing. Responsible for making sure deadlines are met for software releases, patches and hotfixes. Responsible for creating the testing builds, tested by the QA team. Responsible for creating the production executables and scripts to be deployed to the clients. Responsible for reviewing automation results on an in house tool. Responsible for managing the test case repository – QA Complete. Responsible for packaging and deploying releases and make them available to our customer base. Responsible for managing SIT (System Integration Testing) which includes efforts from the BA’s, Customer Support personnel, and clients.
