Responsible for all phases of business; Site Selection, Finance, Business Planning, Construction, Marketing, HR, People Development, Operations.Responsibilities included: * Site selection * Construction * Business Plan * Profit and Loss accountability * Market Brand Development * Team Development systems * Customer experience * Advertising Responsible for all site locations, negotiating all equipment leases/ property leases. Oversaw all construction/ contractor timetables. Supervised all bookkeeping and reviewed accounting records.Recruited, trained and accountable of all store managers. Maintained yearly budgets for 9 stores by forecasting sales/costs. All administrative functions; retaining 170 most efficient/ well-trained employees.
