Daily Duties at Taco Bell Corp.:

General Manager/Market Training Manager  Long-standing Market Training Manager of high volume restaurants in charge of in-depth sales analysis and forecasting.  Responsible for recruiting, training, motivating and developing highly efficient and progress driven staff.  Planned and implemented employee scheduling to deliver the highest caliber of service with strong cost control.  In charge of day-to-day financial control and client relations as well as business operations.  Delivered comprehensive employee performance appraisals to stimulate professional growth within company.  Consistently met/exceeded corporate customer satisfaction standards.  Audit problematic units and develop strategic plans to increase overall operation, training and appearance to  Developed and created strategic plans for stores that might fall below company standards. Served as the project manager to ensure that all company standards would then be met.  Provided assistance for the Taco Bell Director of Operations with project management for fixing overall operation of problematic stores; these stores were not meeting the Taco Bell Standard and were in danger of failing the Champs Review – an Award given to stores for excellence in Food Quality, Employee Training, Facilities Appearance, Equipment Maintenance/Functionality, Customer Service, Profitability and Cost Control.  Average in performance remained at 99.8% over fifteen-year career with Taco Bell.
