Daily Duties at Family Resource Center Of South Florida:
Responsible for initiating, planning, timeline management, scheduling, team formation, case assigning and case closure. Direction and oversight of regional results – tracking and analysis, revenue reports to determine case management directives and State mandated procedures. Managed, trained, and mentored, staff of specialized case managers in the only Dependency Drug Court Units in Florida.
