Daily Duties at The Hibbert Group:
Serving as the initial call center contact for reporting technical issues, and answering questions regarding upgrades, installations, and other software / IT issues Effectively communicating with requesters in a clear, positive, and professional manner (in accordance with Intelliteach script, spelling, grammar and related guidelines) Accurately diagnosing client IT / software issues; gathering the necessary information and performing standard, preliminary research using all relevant available resources Effectively implementing the steps found in available resources by following the instructions and using a variety of remote access, user admin, and related tools Clearly and thoroughly documenting requests for assistance in our ticket management system, and tracking incidents through to resolution / escalation (per client guidelines) After implementing available resources, alerting Team Leads for all matters that are yet unresolved during the first fifteen minutes of the initial call (for further research, coaching, take-over, follow-up, or escalation) Identifying potential outages and other problems (via information gathering, ticket trends, etc.) and communicating the information to Team Leads in a timely manner Identifying and documenting internal network and phone system issues, and communicating the information to the appropriate personnel.
