Successfully completed JP Morgan Chase school of Management in Ohio. Morning huddle with all employees where we shared and recapped success and best practices of a previous day, set individual goals. Help employees see more customers, coduct "Branch Manager Involvement" with as many customers asposiible while they are with personal bankers. Overseeing overall branch compliance, scheduling, cash and wire transfers.
