Daily Duties at Ing Direct (Capital One):
Executed Customer Journey Presentations to bring together key stakeholders through out the bank, Associate to Executive level. These meetings were designed to bridge communication gaps, improve Customer Experience, and improve bank efficiencies. In 2011, these sessions saved ING DIRECT just under 4 million dollars in efficiency gains and revenue generation. As the project manager I was responsible for executing Journeys, ensuring continuous follow-up, meeting with take-away groups, driving change, and provoking communication. Other responsibilities that I held included conducting Moments of Truth, analyzing data and producing recommendations to make the Customer Experience simpler, bank processes faster and phone calls easier. Creating monthly executive presentations, as well as analyzing and rolling up data for our Key Performance Indicators, NPS and Effort Score.
