Transcribed, proofread and edited audio from a variety of business, medical and government clients. Retrieved new projects and uploaded finished transcripts via FTP sites. Transcribed multiple calls on a daily basis. Worked with team members to ensure upload deadlines were met in a timely fashion. Worked with a variety of programs including Express Scribe, audio recording and splitting software, Start Stop PowerPlay, Word and Excel.
