Daily Duties at United N Ation:
• Analyzed project commercial terms and coordinated with other UN divisions to assure all statutory and accounting standards are identified and responsibility is assigned • Ensured resolution of audit inquiries and forecasting • Managed the scheduling, cost control, cost estimating, management of change, and other project support functions and activities of the UNICEF project. • In charge of consolidating, producing, and incorporating all required cost, schedule, management of change, progress and performance data and charts into reports. • Developed and applied unit rates for cost estimates and assisted in cost reporting and forecasting • Analyzed project schedules and man-hour/cost budgets versus actual and committed values, progress measurement, and forecasted man-hours/costs. • Ensured appropriate utilization of budgeted resources for MFS, and led reporting on results achieved monetary fund system. (MFS) • Monitored project budgets and produced variance analysis reports at project and the aggregate levels. • Monitored financial projections on ongoing basis • Coordinated accounting support for the financial and budget activities
