Daily Duties at Macy's:

Work with Store manager, leads and associate to execute company expectations in all merchandising initiatives. Improve and execute all back room product handling to achieve company standards and expectations. Train and coach team members to self-sufficiently execute company expectations of merchandising and sales growth
