Daily Duties at National American University:

Served in the capacity of HR manager and leader and to faculty and academic department staff in all related matters. Hired, supervised, mentored and evaluated 35+ faculty and staff. Responsible for the achievement of student learning outcomes, retention and graduation rate benchmarks in both residential and online environments. Develop and enforce of policies and procedures. Fostered a climate of academic excellence. Ensured and documented compliance with all associated state or federal regulations.
