Daily Duties at The Groves:
Oversaw 60 employees; hired, initiated disciplinary actions, & completed schedules. Served 1,200 meals/day in 5 locations. Managed a $2M budget. Operations management: inventory, food prep, ordering, diets, special diets, customer service, complaint handling, equipment maintenance, coordinating issues with other departments, developing menus, Geri Menu software management.
