Daily Duties at Pwc:

Responsible for oversight and management of 20 – 25 Tax Staff and Supervisors; trained and developed staff resulting in two promotions; responsible for job scheduling and assignments; responsible for maintaining relationships between the SDC and assigned firm engagement teams; occasional review of tax returns for various entity types including corporations, S-corporations and partnerships; federal, state and local; oversight of a new service offering by the firm involving certain offshore reporting. Served as Quality Control Officer for the SDC. o Performed quality audits resulting in the successful implementation of new quality and review procedures o Developed and implemented a new system of continuous feedback for SDC staff o Developed and implemented ongoing internal audit procedures, ensuring quality of SDC deliverables
