-Managed facilities operations and services including construction, procurement, leases, subleases, improvement, policy development, and budgeting -Managed all aspects of office moves -Implemented and administered policies, procedures, and security functions to assure compliance with NISPOM, applicable laws, government regulations and customer requirements -Provided policy interpretation and guidance to management and staff regarding customer security requirements and procedures and industry best practices -Initiated personnel security clearances, monitored and tracked security actions until complete using e-QIP and JPAS -Conducted self-assessments in compliance with NISPOM -Created and conducted indoctrination briefings -Trained and guided Assistant FSO in all aspects of personnel security
