Recruited into the company by the Senior IT Staff Recruiter as Senior Project Manager. Managed new requests and issue resolution process for MCI. Facilitated staff and IT staff/vendor interactions including meetings; and provided regular communication of project status. Managed the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple or large scale projects. Managed scope and mitigated risk across projects. Created and executed project work plans and revised as appropriate in meeting changing needs and requirements. Analyzed business processes and sought areas where efficiencies were achieved through better use of technology and technological and process changes. Managed the software development of the Access evolution and Integration Process. Developed, deployed and mainstreamed alternative access methods, strategies and technologies driven by line cost reduction. Responsible for Network operational efficiency and Revenue growth initiatives.
