Analyzed business processes and sought areas where efficiencies were achieved through better use of technology and technological and process changes. Managed the software development of the Access evolution and Integration Process. Developed, deployed and mainstreamed alternative access methods, strategies and technologies driven by line cost reduction. Responsible for Network operational efficiency and Revenue growth initiatives.
