Daily Duties at Xo Communications:
Recruited by the Director Of IT to manage projects 10k-1m in value. Managed the IT work request process from project initiation to implementation. Managed the Change Management process. Led weekly meetings to review and discuss projects needing funding. Maintained and communicated to management, project status, statistics and issues and resolutions reports.
