.Researched and analyzed clients’ goals and requirements-resulted in a $1M commercial design contract .Achieved monthly sales and marketing goals-$80K per month .Prepared and created documents, drawings and diagrams that outline client needs .Devised preliminary space plans that integrate the clients’ design specifications .Selected and specified furniture, fixtures, equipment and mill-work, including layout drawings .Observed and documented the implementation of projects while in progress and upon completion, as a representative of Danker Showcase and on behalf of the client.
