Daily Duties at Lord & Taylor:
.Generate sales by determining and meeting the customer’s needs .Develop and maintain clientele .Develop product knowledge. Understanding your merchandise-the features, advantages and benefits .Open new accounts .Maintain floor standards including replenishment, presentation, and the general appearance and cleanliness of the department .Understand all systems and procedures relating to sales and credit transactions .Enforce loss prevention and shortage control procedures .Work cooperatively and appropriately with coworkers and managers.
