Daily Duties at Roc Opportunity:
• Spearhead the complete spectrum of nursing operations including staffing/hiring, training, performance management, disciplinary action, resident relations, and quality assurance and control. • Support Marketing and Administration in outside and inside sales calls, account maintenance, and special event planning to enhance community awareness of facility. • Diligently steer strict regulatory compliance to achieve and sustain zero deficiencies.
