Daily Duties at Collette Vacations:
Direct and Execute International Procurement Strategy with purchases of 200+ Million. Drive new Product conception through existing and new suppliers Lead International Negotiations and management of cost-reduction programs. Engineer global partnerships for US, CAD and UK Sales Team, levering international markets to develop sales incentive. Monitor vendor performance, establishes flows and processes, and maintains effective relationships with Cross-functional teams Develop and maintain Airline, Hotel Business Relationships. Negotiate all penalties for UK, CAD and US offices. Manage annual standard costing and department budget development process. Manage quarterly review of supplier scorecards, ensuring high quality service and product through the contract period. Negotiated advantageous contracts with over 30 international vendors for US, UK and Canada Offices. Manage an International procurement team of 14 in US, Canada and England. Manage Supplier qualification Process. Manage and lead global procurement strategy through aggressive negotiation, leveraging existing key business relationships and creating new vendor opportunities. Create New Product Opportunities by realizing sourcing cost reductions. Review all customer service issues and address with each vendor across all offices and markets.
