• Developed training standards, materials, lesson plans and class schedules for 8 national training educators within the region • Reviewed and updated department notices weekly to be released to the national service center of 1000+ employees • Worked with department heads to develop Web based system, Learn Linc. The new system helped to train and develop over 2000 employees through long distance e-learning. • Provided one-on-one performance feedback and coaching for development of new hires • Trained all levels of management on new corporate policies, training initiatives and problem solving • Conducted on site orientations, recruiting and training sessions with HR to recruit new employees • Managed and provided solutions for new business ideas and concepts for the training department • Researched and documented requirements for the training team and collaborated with the IT department to ensure deadliness were met • Reviewed and edited requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations • Communicated needed changes to development team and tracked and reported results in a timely manner • Identified organization strengths and weaknesses and suggested areas of improvement
