Daily Duties at Everest University:
• Plan and arrange social networking events for students; Manage resources to assist international students with their transition • Manage all human resource aspects for team including training/coaching, conflict resolution, recruitment and performance management • Evaluate and modify events to prevent on-campus conflicts; Provide students an opportunity to discuss issues and concerns, as well as, prevent, evaluate and resolve student inquiries and ensure appropriate action • Partner with campus departments in planning programs that encourage students to re-enter and complete their academic programs; Coordinate programs to assist students with issues that may interfere with their education • Attend staff meetings to identify students who may be in danger of dropping or being withdrawn and suggest actions to help retention efforts • Coordinate commencement ceremony activities by finding venue, creating the program and coordinating the event • Assist in conducting New Student Orientation • Manage the Student Ambassador program by planning and running monthly meetings • Oversee assessment testing and academic tutoring services • Assist in student retention by providing services to support the student body • Provide advising and support for ability to Benefit students • Serve as Campus Disability Coordinator and ensure all requests are handled • Manage Student Contact Management actions • Efficiently manage budget and personnel resources for the department
