Accountable for Accounting/Finance, Purchasing and It departments including overall customer satisfaction.Built strategic alliances with Rooms and Food & Beverage Divisions that resulted in a 12 % increase in divisions profit from prior years .Created new revenue streams through re-engineering purchasing preferred vender's list.Managed team of 15 professionals including the Purchasing and IT Departments. Member of Executive Management Team. Maintained full responsibility of Managerial accounting according to GAAP as well as directing the Purchasing, IT, Floral, and Tennis Department. Produced yearly Budget and monthly Forecast. Generate daily and monthly Internal and External reports (Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and Income Statement) with key operating activities.With strategy and effective planning, in the last three years the Profit and Loss Statement reflected an excellent achievement of a 12% increased Net Profit from prior year's, this includes a 13% Payroll reduction (re-engineering labor force by merging and modifying positions.
