R.N. Medical Record Reviewer Daily call on scheduled M.D. offices, clinic, and hospitals Field medical records reviewed documents extracted from electronic medical records and paper charts. Scan and up-loads to Out-come via remote. HEDIS and PIA projects. Follow measures evaluating the outcomes of care through disease Processes. Met State ,Federal, and HIPPA compliance for HMO, PPO, and Medicare. Extensive. Customer service skills and computer skills appreciated in Physician offices, hospitals and clinics and private practices.
