Daily Duties at State Farm Insurance Comapnies:

I provided training to other system specialists throughout the entire company on our system applications and Microsoft products. I researched training techniques and created training materials for the company. I created system environment to help catastrophe operation gain efficiency in their day to day operations. I travelled over 200 days a year throughout the United States to provide onsite guidance and system trainings during the peak stressful period of major catastrophes. I work with corporate systems analyst to create application to automate our daily operations. I wrote training materials and operational procedure guide on our company’s computer system applications.
