Daily Duties at State Farm Insurance Comapnies:

My role was to manage 8 claim representatives in their claim settlement process and provided direction to 15 defense attorneys in settlement negotiation or defense strategies. I also translated company visions and objectives into reachable goals for my team. I monitor and implemented process change and I connected the dots for the claim representative on how their customer service skills and claim settlement practices can affect our business growth and bottom lines. I also incorporated in my daily tasks to coach and monitor the development of claim associates. I also managed customer focus function of our team to ensure that we provided a remarkable experience for each encounter with policyholders. I also managed staffing level to make sure that we are properly staffed. I interviewed and hired claim representative to fill the staffing model. I also managed over 50 staff members in a call center environment.
