RESIDENTIAL SALES (October 2010 to October 2011) Produced average of $1,200,000 in Residential Equipment Sales Annually. Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Strong sales techniques with over a decade in personal HVAC sales experience. Responsible for developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account base as well as increasing customer retention. Organized and held daily/weekly sales training classes for maintenance, service technicians.
