Hayden Air, Palm City FL GENRAL MANAGER (OCTOBER 2010 to Present) Hayden Air is having record setting year in sales and profitability in a depressed economy. Thorough knowledge in developing sound HVAC business plans. Excellent ability to read & interpret profit/loss statements and to quickly implement programs to changing financial situations. Strong background in accounts payable, receivables & maintaining a positive cash flow. Ability in budgeting labor cost based on projected & current cost of goods sold. Scheduling employees effectively to achieve maximum productivity while always maintaining quality & customer retention. Skilled in streamlining office operations, ensuring support staff works efficiently and effectively, which produce increased productivity. Always reviewing profit/loss statements for ways to cut overhead cost. Hired thoroughly trained employees and motivated all staff. Developed standard operating procedures for day to day operations, which encompassed job positions, responsibilities and how to advance within our organization. Executed daily/weekly/monthly and year to date sales goals for service technicians and salesman. Each employee’s goals were posted on a white board and their previous day’s revenue results were posted before they arrived for work and covered during daily morning meetings.
