Attended board meetings, MEC meeting, Board retreats, met with the chief of staff monthly the COO weekly and the CEO monthly, prepared the nursing budget, chaired the nursing leadership committee, worked with finance on implementing strategies to balance tje nursing budget monthly coffe with the VP for nursing breakfast and afternoon refreshments
