Daily Duties at Greater Southeast Community Hospital:
Morning rounds with the managers, met with the staffing office daily, daily meeting with patient flow coordinator, visited one patient every other day for feedback on service, reviewed previous productivity statistics for previous day, review census, staffing and HHPD (hours per patient day) weekly budget and census variance reporting, met with admitting daily on census and admission capacity daily.
