Daily Duties at Greater Southeast Community Hospital:
Met with the Chief Intenvist/Medical Director for critical daily, daily rounds and report in the ER with manager and ED medical director, met weekly with the ED Administrator to review physician performance statistics and ER closure rate, rounds with the Patient flow coordinator, lweekly leadership meeting, met with at least two physicians weekly for to filicate operations improvemrnt, participated in monthly in medical executive committee and physician utilization review committee, weekly "coffee with the CNO", negotiated contract with the union, monthly board meeting
